We began the transition to our new ERP system on February 1st, 2023. If you have not placed an order since then, you will need to have a new account created before quotes or orders can be entered.

If you are one of our distributors, you may continue to send Purchase Orders (PDF) and Requests for Quote (PDF) to sales@edcousa.net.
Temporary Ordering & Payment Procedures
After your account is created, you can send Purchase Orders (PDF) to web@edcousa.net. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a Sales Order (PDF) via e-mail. A secure payment link can be found at the bottom of your order. Once your payment is received, your order will be released for fulfillment.*
*Most in-stock items are shipping within a few business days.

- Purchase Order (PO) *please include your PO Number
- Request for Quote (RFQ)
- Products and Quantity Requested *separated by line-item
- Shipping Address *required for PO and RFQ w/ shipping charges, follow UPS format
